A Message from Don Bishop, Chairman of the Board

I’m Don Bishop, Chairman of the Board, Reliance Test and Technology (RT&T), LLC

RT&T is honored to be selected by the United States Navy to perform the Atlantic Range Technical Support Services (ARTSS) contract for ATR/ATMO. On behalf of the RT&T team, we look forward to working with you.

ATR/ATMO has a rich history of range operations and maintenance support and testing, and a wealth of experience in you, the workforce. The RT&T team is eager to get to work with the ATR/ATMO workforce and the community to support Pax River’s mission of “providing full life-cycle support of Naval Aviation aircraft, weapons, and systems operated by Sailors and Marines.”

Phase-in and transition
Under the terms of the contract, a 90-day transition period will begin soon on a date set by our Navy customer. Until transition officially begins, we are somewhat limited in what we can say and the questions we can answer – so I appreciate your patience.

We are also holding off on announcing the names of the key leaders coming to Pax River until after the protest period is over. This is out of respect for the individuals and their current employers and assignments.

What we can say is that we will rely heavily on you during transition. ATR/ATMO is built on you, the employees, and we recognize that you are the backbone of the mission.

We are committed to keeping you informed of developments throughout the transition. Although change can be challenging, we will do our best to be proactive in communication, transparent in process, and keep you informed on decisions as they are made.

I know there are many questions now, and there will be more in the weeks to come. We invite you to visit our website and provide us with your feedback and questions. We will update the site regularly.

We are excited to get started and I look forward to meeting with you in the coming days as we work together to continue the great legacy of ATR/ATMO organizations.
